Welcome to the College of Agriculture, Forestry and Food Sciences (CAFF), one of the colleges of the University of Rwanda (UR), established following the institutional restructuring under Law NĀ° 053/2024 of 07/06/2024.
The College is committed to advancing knowledge through high-quality teaching, research, and community engagement, with a strong focus on agriculture, forestry, food sciences, and sustainable development. Our mission is to contribute innovative, science-based solutions to address national and global challenges related to food security, environmental sustainability, and socio-economic development.
CAFF provides a dynamic academic environment that attracts outstanding students, researchers, and scholars from Rwanda and beyond. Through our research centers, extension services, and public engagement initiatives, the College maintains strong partnerships with local communities, industry, and international institutions, contributing to the intellectual and cultural development of the country.
